We believe billing should be as transparent as everything else we do. IDEOLITY offers multiple payment methods to fit your organization's processes, with invoices that clearly reflect the services you've agreed to — nothing more.
Payment Methods
Choose the method that works best for your organization. All payment methods are accepted for managed services and project invoices.
ACH is our preferred payment method and carries no additional processing fees. Banking details for ACH payment are included on every invoice. Most clients on monthly managed services agreements use ACH for automatic, hassle-free payment.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. A processing fee applies to card payments, as reflected on your invoice. Card payment instructions are included in your invoice documentation. Contact us to set up a card on file for recurring charges.
Checks are accepted and should be made payable to IDEOLITY. Please include your invoice number on the memo line. Mailing address is provided on your invoice. Allow 5–7 business days for processing. Check payments have no additional fees.
