IDEOLITY is a technology consulting firm based in the Kansas City area with deep experience in supporting nonprofit organizations. We operate as a Managed Services Provider (MSP), providing comprehensive I.T. support, planning and management. Beyond the day-to-day, IDEOLITY works closely with clients to support the I.T. components of accreditation, compliance, insurance and expansion 

The Client Solutions Expert works full-time at our offices in Mission, KS, as part of a team that provides professionally managed I.T. services to IDEOLITY clients.   

POSITION SUMMARY:  

The Client Solutions Expert is a role that directly interfaces with client contacts and the IDEOLITY team. This role provides reporting and usage data to the client, aids in the ordering and scheduling processes and participates in meetings. The Client Solutions Expert researches potential solutions and helps to administer key client administrative software. This role will also involve classifying/triaging tickets and managing projects. 
 

Job description details: 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Serve as a helpful and engaged liaison to clients. 

  • Interact with IDEOLITY client points-of-contact and end users to coordinate, triage and otherwise organize around projects and issues. 

  • Communicate clearly, concisely and professionally with team members and clients verbally, in-person and in written form. 

  • Achieve mastery of IDEOLITY’s Professional Services Automation, quoting software and other software tools. 

  • Maintain documentation within the Professional Services Automation of all communication with clients.  

  • With IDEOLITY team members, maintain inventory and ensure that in-house assets are documented and accounted for.  

  • Interact with various 3rd party vendors to ensure coordination when required.  

 PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS  

  • Possess superior organizational and communication skills/ 

  • Associate degree plus at least three years related work experience, or 4-year college degree and two years related work experience.  

  • Experience in courteous direct client support.  

  • Familiarity with typical office and line-of-business software  

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite

COMPENSATION and BENEFITS:

The Client Solutions Expert is an hourly employment position. The expectation is for a 40-hour work week. IDEOLITY provides a compensation package including health insurance, plus company-paid short- and long-term disability insurance for all employees. Employee 401(k) contributions are matched up to 4 percent. Time off includes typical national holidays plus earned PTO. The pay rate is a function of qualifications and experience, and we will interview aspirational as well as seasoned candidates.
